Here are some coaching questions for you to better understand how coaching could help you to gain clarity, unstuck and design a life that you TRULY desire.

  • What would you most like to get out of the next 50 minutes? 
  • What is missing in your life right now?
  • If you were to FULLY live your life, what is the first change you would start to make?
  • What do you like to have more/less in your life?
  • From scale 1-10, how much do you want to achieve this goal?
  • If you had this goal, how would you be different?
  • What do you NOT want me to ask you?
  • What are you avoiding in your life?
  • How do you feel in your body about that option?
  • What does that tell you?
  • What could you do as the very first step towards meeting your goal?
  • What would you advise your best friend to do if they were in your situation?
