How to leverage and approach your current network to create job opportunities? – Case study of Monica (Aug, 2020)
Monica, a client of mine, a work visa holder recently managed to get a job in her dream company during COVID-19 by approaching her network in an authentic, empathetic and confident manner. She eventually got a suitable role and successfully negotiated a $7, 000 salary increase.

“It might be hard for you to believe what the past one hour meant to me. It felt like there is a light shed on me when I was walking in the darkness. The light was shinning enough to let me see things clearly but it was gentle at the same time. The light might made me hard to open my eyes but after a while, it brought me peace and brightness.
