What you’ll learn

  • To uncover your career sweet spots and unthought career possibilities
  • To articulate your authentic personal brand and draft an elevator pitch that is backed up with evidence 
  • Better understand your transferable skills, knowledge and interests, core values and motivations 
  • Apply your learnings about yourself and create a realistic career plan

What’s included: 

  • 8-10 hours of PRACTICAL Self-discovery exercises (“homework”)

You will receive some practical self-discovery exercises and tools to help you discover your transferable skills, knowledge and interests, as well as your core values and motivations. These exercises will help you to better understand yourself, identify your strengths and uncover your authentic personal brand. With this information and group coaching, you will be able to articulate who you are and your unique value proposition. 

  • 5 x 60~120-minute online group coaching sessions. Hosted on  fortnightly Tuesday nights 7-8.30pm NZT (From xxx to xxx date) 

This is where we deep dive into topics based on your self-discovery exercises. We will discuss your findings, reflections and challenges and what to do with your findings. 

  • 1x 60-minute individual coaching session 

We understand some challenges are unique to the individual and you might need a one-on-one coaching session where we can tailor and target your challenges and move on.
